This weekend marked a special occasion as the UFC put on their 100th numbered event.  Featuring two title bouts and the UFC debut of an international sensation, UFC 100 also the UFC Fan Expo to Las Vegas which will featured a huge grappling tournament – and a grappling appearance by Japanese legend Rumina Sato, as well as the UFC Hall of Fame inductions of former light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell and the late Mask – co-founder of popular clothing brand TapOut.
